When we start our process together I make my goal clear--to be walking through their new home on the day of closing, hearing their excitement, and knowing that I have helped them make their dream of a mountain home come true.
I moved to Keystone in 1987. As the saying goes for many locals here: I came for the winter, but stayed for the summers. Nearly 30 years later, I still find myself in awe of the beauty in this area. My husband and I live in Silverthorne, have two middle-school boys and a giant yellow Labrador, Rex. We love traveling around the Colorado mountains whether it's camping in the Summer or ski trips in the Winter.
There is so much to know about our county! Sometimes it may seem that figuring our the 'real estate' side of it is the easy part. You will want to know more about the area in which you are purchasing. Having children in the Summit School District and sports that take us from one end of the county to the other --I am involved with many committees that help me gain a true understanding of the celebrations, struggles or changes our local towns and resorts may be experiencing.
