When we start our process together I make my goal clear--to be walking through their new home on the day of closing, hearing their excitement, and knowing that I have helped them make their dream of a mountain home come true.
I moved to Keystone in 1987. As the saying goes for many locals here: I came for the winter, but stayed for the summers. Nearly 38 years later, I still find myself in awe of the beauty surrounding us. My husband and I live in Silverthorne and our two, now-grown boys truly appreciate this special place they were lucky enough to grow up in.
There is so much to know about our county! Sometimes it may seem that figuring out the 'real estate' side of it is the easy part. You will want to know more about the area in which you are purchasing. Having raised children in the Summit School District I have been involved with many community groups that help me gain a true understanding of the celebrations, struggles, and changes our local towns and resorts may be experiencing.
